Greg Luzinski hit a homerun and Steve Carlton held Cincinnati scoreless on
just 3 hits at Riverfront Stadium as the Philadelphia Phillies beat the
Cincinnati Reds 7 to 0.

Carlton(13-8) was on top of his game. He didn't give up much, just 3 hits and
5 walks in 9 innings seeing his ERA drop from 4.48 to 4.27. Philadelphia
finished with 13 hits in the victory.

Bill Bonham(6-6) was charged with the loss. He got hit hard, allowing 9 hits
and 3 walks in 5 innings.
