beat the Cincinnati Reds by the score of 9 to 8.
 
The deciding run was scored by Houston in the 8th.  After an out was recorded,
Cesar Cedeno lined a base-hit.  Craig Reynolds came next and he doubled.
After another out, Cruz followed, but he was set down on strikes.  Houston
had 14 hits for the night while Cincinnati had 10.

Hume(10-12) was hit with the loss in relief.  This win by Houston continues
